Who am I?
I'm a Technical Lead and Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience designing and building enterprise and government web platforms. I work primarily with .NET Blazor, Angular, NestJS, Laravel, and PostgreSQL, and have experience deploying solutions on AWS and Azure.
Throughout my career, I have led development teams, participated in requirements gathering, and defined technical architectures for scalable systems, including real-time communication, batch processes, and CI/CD workflows.
I focus on writing clean, maintainable code, making sound technical decisions, and building products that truly solve business problems.

Design and execution of a migration and modernization project for government websites of the State of Jalisco, aimed at centralizing their administration through a CMS with a unified structure. The process included automated information extraction from old portals through web scraping, enabling structured migration of historical content to the new platforms.
